Adecco FutureMe TV Show

The objective was make Adecco more accessible and interesting for young people and to help the brand stand out in the cold, desaturated world of staffing, a career makeover show on MTV was created. 6 episodes, each of them guiding a young and hopeful person toward their dream job.
An important part was to engage the viewer in every creation aspect of the show, to turn all production stages into recruiting possibilities for Adecco. This made the impossible possible:
Adecco felt the effect of the show before it had even aired.
